🩺 Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate and skilled care to mothers and newborns. This role is perfect for nurses experienced in high-acuity L&D settings who can handle both routine and emergency deliveries.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor maternal and fetal health during labor
- Assist with deliveries and emergency interventions
- Administer medications and IV therapies
- Provide postpartum care and patient education
- Collaborate with OB physicians and care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
✅ Requirements
- Active RN License (CA or Compact if applicable)
- BLS & ACLS Certifications (Required)
- NRP & Fetal Monitoring preferred/required
- Prior Labor & Delivery experience required
- Ability to handle high-risk deliveries and fast-paced cases
