💰 Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: $83,000–$130,000/year
- 🎉 Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid over 24 months for qualified CVOR candidates)

📅 Schedule: Full-Time | Days (Mon–Fri) | Open Heart Call Required
✅ Requirements:
- Active RN License
- 3+ years of Operating Room experience
- Open Heart/CVOR experience required
- BSN preferred (or commitment to obtain within 3 years)
Responsibilities:
- Provide circulating nursing care for complex cardiovascular/open-heart surgeries
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and the multidisciplinary OR team
- Ensure patient safety, maintain sterile technique, and deliver exceptional perioperative care
- Participate in the Open Heart on-call rotation
