Pride health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse to join our client's home health program in a growing care team serving patients.

Compensation:

• Local Pay: $53–$58/hour (W-2)
• Travel Pay: $2,500–$2,550 gross per week
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.51/mile (from first patient to last patient)

Location: Mountlake Terrace, WA, 98043

Coverage Areas – King County and Snohomish County.

Schedule details (hours per day/week): Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm and on call.

Productivity expectations: The assigned weekly productivity points expectation is the minimum expectation based on the normal work hours which is 30 points.

On Call/Weekend Requirement: Yes. 2 weekends in a quarter as minimum.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, OASIS documentation, medication reconciliation, and develop individualized home health care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver skilled nursing care, ensure compliance with infection control standards, and provide supervision, guidance, and required visits for Home Health Aides (HHAs) and LPN/LVNs.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in HCHB/PointCare, coordinate patient care, communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and internal care teams, and ensure compliance with payer and agency requirements.
• Support quality improvement initiatives, participate in on-call/weekend rotations, maintain productivity standards, assist with staff orientation and training, and contribute to positive patient outcomes and reduced hospitalizations.

Site2: WA-Port Angeles-98362; Coverage areas: Clallum and Jefferson counties in western WA
