Description
Job Title: Respiratory Therapist
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift (36 Hours/Week) | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Description:
- Seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapy experience.
- First-time travelers are accepted.
- Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients across multiple hospital departments, including ED, ICU, PCU, and General Medical floors.
- Must have experience with IPPV/NIPPV ventilators.
- Required Certifications/Licensure:
- Active North Carolina Respiratory Therapy License
- RRT or CRT
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NRP
- Experience working with EPIC EMR is preferred.
- Floating is required to assigned regional facilities based on staffing needs and within the scope of practice.
- No on-call responsibilities.
- Weekend rotation: Every other weekend.
- Travelers are required to work 75% of scheduled holidays.
- Orientation includes general hospital orientation and 2 days of department-specific training.
- Free parking available.
- Scrub color: Royal Blue.
