Exciting opportunity with PediaStaff: Occupational Therapist needed for Pediatric Outpatient Clinic in a premier therapy center in Michigan.

We're currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support pediatric clients in the Southwest Michigan area of Saint Joseph, New Buffalo and Niles, Michigan. Southwest Michigan is nestled along the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan, which is known for its small-town charm, vibrant downtowns, sandy beaches, and year-round recreation.
Job Details:
- Full-time (28 billable hours per week)
- Compensation range or hourly rate: This is based on experience. Ranging from $50-$60/ hour
- Benefits offered
- Typical schedule: Clinics are open from 8am- 6pm roughly. The schedule is based on the therapist and client availability. Therapist and management will discuss the therapist's desired work hours and open appointments to clients based on that.
- Caseload: We are a pediatric practice with children ranging from infants through teenagers.

- Therapist owned practice and management strives to create a warm and collaborative work environment. Offers speech therapy, feeding therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and social work services. We have clinics located in St. Joseph, New Buffalo and Niles, Michigan.
Responsibilities:
The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides evaluation and individualized treatment services to infants, children, and adolescents in an outpatient pediatric setting. The OT works with patients who have developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorder, neurological conditions, orthopedic impairments, and other diagnoses affecting daily function. Responsibilities include completing evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members, and educating caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic goals. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to helping children develop the skills needed to maximize independence and participation in everyday activities.
