Travel Cath Lab Technician – 13-Week Contract

Location: Pontiac, MI

Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Schedule: 40 Hours

Contract Type: Travel/Long-Term Assignment

We're seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technician for a 13-week travel assignment in Pontiac, Michigan. Position Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the cardiac catheterization laboratory before, during, and after procedures.
• Operate fluoroscopy, imaging, and hemodynamic monitoring equipment according to facility protocols.
• Prepare patients for procedures by verifying documentation, positioning patients, and ensuring comfort and safety.
• Maintain sterile technique throughout all procedures.
• Monitor patient status during procedures and communicate effectively with physicians and clinical staff.
• Accurately document procedural information and patient care.
• Assist with room turnover, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and infection prevention guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab Technician experience preferred.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Current ARRT Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and cardiovascular imaging equipment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
