Description
Med-Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse – Nights
- Schedule: 3x12 Nights (19:00 - 07:30) | 13 Weeks | 36 Hours Guaranteed | No shift rotations for the night position
- Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend (EOW).
- The Floor (Davenport 8): A high-acuity 37-bed Medical Telemetry unit managing a maxed-out census. The room layout includes 10 private rooms, 10 semi-private rooms, a triple room, a quadruple room, and 1 designated negative pressure room.
- Patient Care Ratios: Night shift carries a standard 1:5 to 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio.
- Systems & Parking: Epic EMR charting. Free on-site parking is fully provided for travelers.
Submission Hardstops
- Experience Baseline [STRICT]: High-bar experience requirement. Must have a minimum of 2 years of current Med-Surg/Tele experience working in a single staff location AND a minimum of 2 years of active travel nursing experience.
- Licensure: Active Massachusetts (MA) RN license must be in hand at submission.
- Required Certifications: AHA BLS and a recognized Telemetry Certification. (ACLS is optional but preferred).
