Description

• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend

• Call Requirements: None
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHS
• Years of Experience: Min 2 years
• Float Requirements: Possible float to MedSurg if ICU is closed for shift

• Additional Notes: Must be willing and able to float to Med Surg and take a patient ratio of 1:6

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 4
• Patient Ratios: 1:4 depending on patient status

• Equipment: Vent, IABP (Cath Lab stays on site), A Lines, CPAP
• EHR: EPIC

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult, geriatric

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: ICU experience
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: DKA, STEMI, CVA, Resp Failure

• Required Education: Valid PA License
