Description
Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical
Location: New Hampshire
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 36 Hours/Week (Shift Details Provided Upon Submission)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
- Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and develop/implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare team members, and ancillary services to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR.
- Float to the Thompson Unit as needed.
- Provide care for Kingsbury custodial patients as required (higher patient ratios, lower acuity).
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and families.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg RN experience (Required).
- Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact License (must be in hand at time of submission).
- BLS (AHA) certification (Required).
- ACLS (AHA) certification (Required).
- Epic EMR experience (Required).
- Must be willing to float between units as needed.
- Traveler must have their own reliable vehicle.
