Registered Nurse (RN) – Peoria, IL
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Night Shift
Registered Nurses provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a post-acute care setting, supporting patients as they recover from illness, injury, surgery, or complex medical conditions. In this collaborative environment, you will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. The focus is on delivering exceptional nursing care while promoting patient recovery, safety, and quality of life.
Position Overview
- Permanent, full-time role
- Post-acute care setting
- Night shift
- 3 12-hour shifts per week
Compensation & Incentives
- Salary range: $32.94 – $49.36/hour
- $20,000 sign-on bonus for 3rd shift with a 1-year work commitment (available to both experienced RNs and new graduates)

Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience preferred
- New graduates are encouraged to apply and are eligible for the sign-on bonus
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and assist with up to 100 lbs
