Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg
Location: Salina, KS
Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and nursing best practices.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program (Required).
- Active Kansas RN License or Compact RN License (Required at the time of submission).
- Current BLS Certification (Required).

- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
