Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | 8-Hour Day Shifts | Monday–Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Travel Surgical Technologist II to join the surgical services team at a leading acute care hospital in Menomonee Falls, WI. In this role, you will collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers to ensure safe and efficient surgical procedures while delivering exceptional patient care across multiple surgical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile operating rooms before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Set up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies.
• Assist surgeons by anticipating instrument and supply needs during procedures.
• Maintain strict sterile technique and infection prevention standards.
• Perform surgical technologist duties across a variety of surgical specialties.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to promote patient safety and positive outcomes.
• Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are properly handled and accounted for.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent full-time experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of one of the following:
  • Accredited Surgical Technologist Program, or
  • Military Operating Room Specialist Training Program, or
  • Froedtert Health Apprentice II Program, or
  • 10+ years of Surgical Technologist experience.
• Current AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
