Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Administer cardiac medications and emergency drugs.
- Operate and assist with Balloon Pump, Impella, and Atherectomy devices.
- Participate in STEMI cases and on-call coverage.
- Document patient care accurately and collaborate with the cardiac team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months of Cath Lab RN experience (2 years preferred).
- STEMI experience required.
- Experience with Balloon Pump, Impella, Atherectomy devices, and cardiac medication drips.
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Active state RN license required.
- Ability to float within scope and participate in evening/weekend on-call rotation.
