Description
Home Health RN – Days | Martinez, CA
We're seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract with a well-established home health team.
Assignment Details:
- Location: Martinez, CA
- 13-week contract
- 40 hours/week
- Monday–Friday
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (patient visits typically begin around 9:00–10:00 AM)
- No on-call required
- RTO accepted
- Extension opportunities available
- Estimated Weekly Pay: Up to $2,951
Requirements:
- Active California RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS experience required
- Comfortable managing a productivity of approximately 6 patient visits per day (25–30 points)
- Experience with a geriatric patient population preferred
- Mileage reimbursement provided
