Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in adult outpatient rehabilitation - Required
- Experience performing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments - Required
- Experience developing individualized therapy plans of care with measurable goals - Required
- Experience treating patients with a wide range of diagnoses and functional limitations - Required
- Experience reviewing clinical records and case histories - Required
- Experience collaborating with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams - Required
- Experience supervising Physical Therapist Assistants, students, interns, or support staff - Preferred
- Experience with durable medical equipment (DME) assessment, fitting, and recommendations - Preferred
License
- Active Alaska Physical Therapist License at time of submission - Required
- Valid Driver’s License - Required
Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
- Flu Vaccination - Required
