Heart and Vascular Institute - Vascular IR
Details:
- M-F 9hr shifts (7:30A-5P)
- No weekends No call
- 13 weeks with option to extend
Administers contrast material (when applicable), according to physician's request, by means of existing IV line or by performing venipuncture and placing IV line;
recognizes and responds to hypersensitivity or allergic reactions.
-Peripheral Vascular work.-Venous Central Lines.-Tube Changes.-Embolization Work (Venous and Arterial).-Venous Thrombectomy Work.-Takes late shift duties as assigned to meet department needs.-Peripheral Vascular work.-Venous Central Lines.-Tube Changes.-Embolization Work (Venous and Arterial).-Venous Thrombectomy Work.-Experience with Interventional Neurology is preferred.-Dialysis work (AV Fistulas, Tunneled Dialysis Catheters, Peritoneal Dialysis Catheters).-Tube access and changes (G-tube, Chole, Neph, Biliary, Abscess, SPC).-Neuro (is ideal) (Cerebral arterial/venous, Kyphoplasty).
Skills & Experience:-
Previous Radiologic Technology experience in a procedural setting.
