Behavioral Health - LVN/LPN - Days

Orientation Dates: ASAP
Length: 8 weeks
Hours per week: 40 hours

6am - 2pm

Shift: Days

5 x 8's
Rotating weekends

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years' LVN experience
1 year experience in a facility setting for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, and units with medically fragile individuals or areas with a higher acuity, more skilled nursing
Experience with a larger med pass
Nurses with experience in Nursing Homes
Home Health, Clinic, and Hospice experience
Certs: AHA BLS
Licenses: Active Texas LPN/LVN Licensure
