Position/Specialty: Neonatal ICU
Start date: ASAP
Ratios: 1:2 ? 1:3 depending on acuity
Years of Experience REQ: 2
First-timers Accepted: Y/N: N
Weekend REQ: Yes, prefer 3 of 4 if needed by unit; minimum 2 weekends of each 4 week scheduling period
Certs REQ: BLS, NRP
Is on-call REQ? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Only within Women?s Services, would be very rare
Open to accommodating block schedule? Cannot promise block schedule but will try to accommodate requests
Locals accepted: Yes
Pending License accepted? No
RTO Restrictions: No but prefer minimum for the 13 week assignment
Guaranteed Hours: Will be scheduled for 36 hours per week, only called off within parameters of contract
