Job Requirements
Experience
- Experience in LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum) is required.
- Postpartum nursing experience is required.
- First-time travelers are accepted.
Required Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required.
Preferred Certifications
- AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification preferred.
- STABLE certification preferred.
Schedule
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
- On-call: Yes.
- Up to one on-call shift every two weeks, based on low census.
- 48-hour workweeks: Approved.
- Block scheduling: Not available.
Patient Ratios
- Staffing follows AWHONN staffing standards.
Floating
- Must be willing to float between units based on facility needs and within scope of practice.
