Description
MUST have recent 1-2 years of LTC/SNF experience within the past 2 years of today's date in order to qualify for this position.
- Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using GSS housing
- No Charge Differential
- No on call or call back available or billable.
- # beds: 42.
- Ratio: 2 nurses during the days/eves and 1 nurse during the night.
- EMR: PCC.
- Weekend Requirement: Every other.
- Holidays: Every other.
- Shifts (8s or 12s): 8s and 12s.
- Location specific orientation: Building orientation, lifts, roughly 2-4 hours.
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: LTC; mix with memory care, dementia, ortho; No behavioral risks currently.
