Description
Intense Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse – Night Shift (Epic System Conversion Backfill)
- Schedule: 3x12 Nights | 8-Week Short-Term Contract | 36 Hours Standard (Options for up to 48 hours per week may be available based on system conversion needs).
- Hiring Mechanism [AUTO OFFER]: This is a direct auto-offer position for fully matching profiles that meet all technical EMR and clinical criteria.
- Time-Off Restrictions [STRICT]: No Requested Time Off (RTO) allowed. The contract length is a condensed 8 weeks, and the start date is completely firm.

EMR Dual-System Mandate [CRITICAL]: This contract is specifically for an Epic system conversion backfill.
⚠️ EMR HARDSTOP: Candidates must possess active, verifiable experience using BOTH Epic AND Cerner EMR platforms within the last 5 years as an employee or travel contractor.
- Recency Requirement: Candidates must have actively used Epic within the last 12 months.
- Resume Layout Rule: Every single entry in the candidate's work history must explicitly name the charting system used. If a previous facility used multiple EMR systems, explicit dates must be detailed showing exactly when each platform was utilized.
- Licensure & Credentials: Active California (CA) RN license in hand. Active AHA BLS and AHA ACLS (or ARC ALS) are required at the time of submission.
- Education: An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required; a Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) is highly preferred.
