• Specialty: General, GYN, Vascular, Ortho, Urology, Podiatry, Davinci Robot, etc. 
• Number of Openings: 1 
• Shift: See shift details. 
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 
• Weekend Hours: Every Other/As Needed: Potential for additional coverage/call. 
• Call Requirements: 1 night/week, 1 weekend/month. 
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS 
• Years of Experience: 2+ 
• Float Requirements: As Needed: Interdepartmental.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 7 OR rooms 
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 
• EHR: Meditech

• Equipment: Zeiss microscope, Aquablation, Holmium laser, total joints, ortho spine, Da Vinci

• Supervisor: Susanne Meschkat-Dyke, Director, Surgical Services or Katie Stone, Assistant Director of Surgical Services

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Serves all ages.

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Circulating in following specialties: General, GYN, Vascular, Ortho, Urology, Podiatry, Davinci Robot… 
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: OR Scrub/Circulator, CNOR preferred. 
• Personality Fit: Professional, Collaborative with effective communication

• Required Education: Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in WV.

• Scrub Color: Supplied by facility, standard OR attire. 
• Any unacceptable attire: Casual wear, other facility branded attire.
