Backfill needed for our top facility in Iowa! Overnights 6p-6a and 10-6 mix 36+ hours / week.

No specific scrub color

Population: 30,000 Walmart, HyVee, TJ Maxx and multiple hotels within 10 minutes from the facility.

210 bed facility

Nurse ratio 1:30 CNA ratio depends on census and shift: 6a-2p 3-4 per 34 residents, 2p-10p 3-4 per 34 residents, 10p-6a 1-2 per 34 residents.
