We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a travel contract in Rochester, New York. This 12-hour night shift position (7 PM to 7 AM) requires a dedicated professional with at least one year of ER experience. The contract begins on August 24, 2026, and offers guaranteed 36 hours per week. Responsibilities include managing patients with multisystem organ dysfunction, administering blood products, handling IV vasopressors, and performing phlebotomy. Nurses should have strong skills in interpreting and managing dysrhythmias, isolation precautions, and emergency medication administration. Candidates must be comfortable floating to other units as needed. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS. Experience with Epic charting is preferred.

RTO Restrictions: Minimal RTO please

RNs need to have a mandatory competency with phlebotomy as well as placing IVs as this is a required skill for any RN at Unity.  

Float Required: Y - when census warrants

Every other weekend
