Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Variable Shifts)

Location: Rhinelander, WI
Shift: 12-Hour Variable Shifts
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: August 10
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical and traumatic conditions.
• Perform rapid assessments, administer medications, initiate emergency interventions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Utilize Epic EMR for accurate documentation.
• Float to nearby facilities within your skill set as needed.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN License
• BLS (AHA or ARC)
• ACLS (AHA or ARC)
• PALS (AHA or ARC)
• TNCC
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience
• Recent Epic EMR experience required

Assignment Highlights

• 13-week travel assignment
• 12-hour variable shifts
• Every other weekend and holiday
• Float opportunities to affiliated facilities as needed
• Eligible for up to 36 hours of low census during the contract
• Call-back minimum of 2 hours if activated after low census
