Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Variable Shifts)

Location: Woodruff, WI
Shift: 12-Hour Variable Days/Nights
Contract: 5 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week

Join a fast-paced Emergency Department delivering high-quality care to patients with a wide range of emergent conditions. This short-term assignment is ideal for experienced ER travel nurses who are adaptable, independent, and thrive in dynamic clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care through rapid assessment, stabilization, treatment, and ongoing monitoring.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely, patient-centered care.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
• Float to nearby affiliated facilities within your scope of practice as staffing needs require.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin or Compact RN License
• BLS (AHA or ARC)
• ACLS (AHA or ARC)
• PALS (AHA or ARC)
• TNCC
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience
• Recent Epic EMR experience required

Assignment Highlights

• 5-week travel assignment
• 12-hour variable day and night shifts

• Any professional scrub color permitted
• Eligible for up to 36 hours of low census during the contract
• Call-back minimum of 2 hours if activated after low census
