Travel Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR)

Location: Wisconsin
Shift: Variable Shifts with Call Coverage
Contract: 13 Weeks

Join a fast-paced Operating Room team delivering exceptional perioperative care across a wide variety of surgical specialties. This opportunity is ideal for experienced OR nurses who thrive in a collaborative surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide circulating nursing care for a variety of surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Prepare operating rooms, monitor patients throughout procedures, and complete accurate documentation.
• Assist with patient care in the outpatient surgery center when needed.

Requirements

• Active RN License
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• PALS Certification
• Recent Operating Room experience required
• Experience with Da Vinci Robotics, Orthopedic Spine, Total Joints, General Surgery, ENT, Urology, Gynecology, C-Sections, and Endoscopy
• Cerner EMR experience preferred

• 15–25 surgical cases per day
• Variable shifts with 24-hour OR coverage
• Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call required
• 30-minute call response time
• Hospital-provided scrubs (department shoes required)
