Description

Travel Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Shift: Nights, 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Contract: 13 Weeks

Join a Labor & Delivery team providing compassionate, family-centered care throughout the childbirth experience. This opportunity is ideal for experienced L&D nurses who are comfortable caring for mothers and newborns across multiple stages of care.

Responsibilities

Provide care for antepartum, labor & delivery, postpartum, and Level I nursery patients.
Deliver family-centered care following Baby-Friendly Hospital protocols.
Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, administer medications, and support labor and delivery.
Float as a helping hands resource to other units when needed.

Requirements

Active Wisconsin RN License (required at submission)
BLS Certification
NRP Certification
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
Epic EMR experience required
First-time travelers welcome
STABLE, AWHONN, and ACLS preferred

Assignment Highlights

Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Every 3rd weekend required
One holiday required during assignment
No on-call requirement
Block scheduling considered at manager discretion
Hospital-provided scrubs
Free parking
No local candidates within a 70-mile radius
