Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: Nights, 12-Hour Shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
Contract: 13 Weeks

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and state regulations.
• Develop and update patient care plans while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and promote patient safety.
• Utilize critical thinking to identify changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience
• Education verification required
