Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Massachusetts. The RN will provide compassionate, high-quality care to newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Requirements

Active Massachusetts RN License
Current AHA BLS Certification
ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
Diploma, ADN, or BSN in Nursing
Previous NICU experience preferred
Experience with Meditech EMR is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
Administer medications and IV therapies safely
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Educate and support patients' families
Maintain accurate medical records and follow hospital policies
