Submission Requirements
- 5+ years minimum of current Oncology experience - [REQUIRED]
- EPIC Beacon and Chemotherapy Infusion experience - [REQUIRED]
- ONS chemotherapy biotherapy provider certificate - [REQUIRED]
- Must disclose any previous Parkland employment history in profile - [REQUIRED]
- Must have an active Texas or Compact license - [REQUIRED]
- Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
