NO locals within 90 miles of facility
Employee Separation Policy: Any past employee whether FTE, or PRN for the float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply
HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is close, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

- Bed Size: Maternity, 16; Nursery, 12; NICU, 4; C-section suite, 1; Overflow rooms
- Ratios: Labor: 1:1; PP: 1:2; NICU: 2:1
- Patient Types: antepartum, MB, newborn, OB/GYN, NICU
- Drips/Titrations; glucose, magnesium, pitocin, insulin
- Delivery volume: 50-60 births/month
- Level 2 maternal/neonatal center

- 24 months of Labor & Delivery / L&D experience [required]

- Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current ICU/Intensive Care experience [required]

- Nursy’s must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission – [required] [document]
- Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
