Description

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of current LTACH (Long-Term Acute Care Hospital) experience required.
Recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (MS/Tele) or ICU experience.
Comfortable working in a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.
Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
NIH Stroke Scale Certification
Active Kentucky RN License or Compact (Multistate) RN License

Scheduling:

Every other weekend is required.
Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated.

Assignment Details:

Standard schedule is 36/48 hours over a two-week pay period, unless otherwise specified on the job order.
Orientation is conducted bi-weekly.
The start date listed on the job order is the required assignment start date.
Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to qualify. Local candidates are not eligible.
