• Number of Beds – 8 OR’s
• Number of Staff – 25
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – Charge RN, RN’s, CST, Anesthesia/ hours of operation 7am-5:30pm/ We have great service line leaders to support the team
  • Night Shift – on Call team
• Patient Ratios – 1:1
• Type of equipment – All Types, Belmont rapid infusion
• EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital experience
• BLS & ACLS

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Able to function in multiple service lines
• Meditech experience
• Transplant and spine experience

• Orthopedic, ENT, Urology, Spine, General, GYN, Endoscopy, Plastics, Cardiac

Best personality Fit:

• Good teamwork with providers and staff
• Patient care experience is a priority

· 30 minute response time is required for on-call

· Call will vary between 1st, 2nd and 3rd call mixed with weekdays and weekends. This is over an 8 week period and the last scheduled RN's had 7-8 shifts but the number can vary
