Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – NICU

Location: , Seattle, WA
Start Date: ASAP (08/03/2026)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Schedule: Every Other Weekend
Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with Level III/IV NICU experience to provide respiratory care for neonatal and adult critical care patients. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a high-acuity Level IV NICU and adult ICU environment.

Requirements

Active Washington State Respiratory License
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
BLS Certification
NRP Certification
Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience in NICU and/or Adult Critical Care
Level III or Level IV NICU experience required
Experience with Epic charting

Adult Critical Care and NICU respiratory care
Mechanical ventilation management
High Frequency Oscillator (HFOV)
High Frequency Jet Ventilator
NAVA ventilation
CPAP/BiPAP and Bubble CPAP
Intubation assistance and extubation
High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
Oxygen therapy
Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) collection and interpretation
Tracheostomy care and airway management
Aerosol and nebulizer therapy
Nitric Oxide (iNO) administration
Assist with high-risk deliveries
Servo U, Hamilton C-1, NLTV, or Jet Ventilator experience

Note: Candidates must have experience with at least two of the following: NAVA, High Frequency Oscillator (HFOV), or High Frequency Jet Ventilator. Adult-only RRT experience will not be considered.
