Position Overview

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) to provide advanced cardiopulmonary care for medically complex patients in a specialty hospital environment.

This role is ideal for therapists with strong critical care, LTAC, ventilator, and airway management experience.

Responsibilities

Mechanical ventilation management
Oxygen and aerosol therapy
Tracheostomy and airway care
ABG monitoring and interpretation
Ventilator weaning
Emergency response and airway support
Patient and family education
Pulmonary disease management

Required Qualifications

Virginia Respiratory Therapist License
CRT or RRT credential through NBRC
Current BLS
Current ACLS

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years respiratory therapy experience
ICU experience
LTAC experience
Step-down/progressive care experience
Ventilator management experience
Trach and airway management experience
