Description
Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room (OR)
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Start Date: August 3, 2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Afternoons (Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Weekends: None
On-Call: None
Holiday Rotation: Required
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a 13-week travel assignment in the Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience assisting with orthopedic procedures, including total joints, as well as general surgery. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment and have experience with DaVinci robotic systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 36 months of current/recent Surgical Tech experience
- Strong Orthopedic/Total Joint experience (required)
- General Surgery experience (required)
- DaVinci Robotics experience (required)
- Must have completed at least one travel assignment within the past 12 months
- Active NBSTSA Certification (required)
- Active BLS Certification through AHA or American Red Cross (required)
