Obstetrics (OB) Registered Nurse – Day Shift (Epic System Conversion Backfill)
- Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12 or 4x12 Days (36 or 48 Hours Per Week) | 8-Week Short-Term Contract (08/17/2026 – 10/11/2026)
- Hiring Mechanism [AUTO OFFER]: Direct auto-offer positioning for candidate profiles that meet all technical EMR and documentation criteria.
- Time-Off Restrictions [STRICT]: No Requested Time Off (RTO) allowed. The start date is completely firm to ensure stable floor coverage during active system migration.

EMR Dual-System Mandate [CRITICAL]: This contract provides specialized obstetrics backfill coverage during an enterprise-wide Epic system implementation.
⚠️ EMR HARDSTOP: Candidates must demonstrate active, highly proficient experience using BOTH Epic AND Cerner EMR platforms within the last 5 years as either a core staff employee or travel contractor.
- Resume Layout Rule: Every single position documented in the candidate's work history must explicitly state the charting system used. If a previous employer utilized multiple EMR systems, precise dates must be provided to clarify exactly when each platform was active.
- Licensure & Credentials: Active state RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Required Certifications [IN-HAND]:
- Active BLS (Acceptable options: Standard BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS from an approved vendor per Adventist Health policy)
- Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification must be active and fully documented at the time of submission.
- Education: Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN); a Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) is preferred.
