Requirements

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License
Current BLS (AHA)
ACLS Certification
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification
Recent NICU experience in an acute care hospital
Recent EPIC and Cerner experience required (must be proficient in both)
BSN preferred
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
