Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS (AHA)
- ACLS Certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification
- Recent NICU experience in an acute care hospital
- Recent EPIC and Cerner experience required (must be proficient in both)
- BSN preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
