Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts
Expected Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Experience Required: 2+ Years NICU RN Experience

Job Description

The NICU RN will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns in a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The RN is responsible for continuous patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of neonatal care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to critically ill and premature neonates
Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments and continuous monitoring
Monitor vital signs and identify changes in patient condition
Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments
Support neonatal respiratory and critical care needs

Requirements

Active RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent NICU RN experience
Recent acute-care Neonatal ICU experience
BLS required
NRP required
