MUST BE 50 MILES AWAY FROM FACILITY

As a level 1 trauma center, we reserve space for traumas.

Service lines -Cardiac/ PV, Neuro, ortho (primarily trauma), robotics, gyn, uro, general, pediatrics, transplants. 

We do a small volume of ENT and plastic procedures. 

Scrub or Circulate both would be preferred.

Other the call for weekends is from end of shift on Friday until 0630am Monday.

Traveler will be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran Iowa Methodist

Submission requirements: Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area code

Orientation Dates: 8/3, 8/10 (sooner starts will be prioritized)

(hospital/medical center experience will be prioritized)circulating / operating roomexperience [required]scrub experience [highly preferred]experience in the following cases: General, davinci Robotics, Pediatrics and Trauma [required]additionalexperience in the following cases:(Neurology, orthopedics(primarily trauma), gynecology, urology, transplants, plastics, Ear, nose, throat, Vascular) [highly preferred]

Trauma level II experience [required]

No 1st time travelers, must have completed a travel assignment within previous 15 mos.

OnCall:up to 1 overnight/week and 3 weekends per 13 week contract
