Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) State License
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health Occupational Therapy experience
- OASIS experience preferred
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance
- COVID-19 vaccination (or approved exemption)
- Annual influenza vaccination (or signed declination with mandatory masking)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Provide therapy focused on improving activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
- Treat patients with a variety of diagnoses, including orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical conditions.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, safety, and injury prevention.
