Travel Emergency Room RN – Nights | Level III Trauma | Stroke & Chest Pain Center
Job Description
Join a fast-paced Emergency Department providing care for a diverse patient population, including trauma, stroke, cardiac, and medical emergencies. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced ER nurses looking to work in a high-acuity environment with advanced emergency services.
Assignment Highlights
- 13-week travel contract
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 3x12-hour schedule
- 41-bed Emergency Department
- Approximately 135 patient visits per day
- 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Weekend requirement: 6 shifts every 6-week schedule
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Current:
- BLS
- ACLS
- TNCC
- PALS or ENPC
- Trauma experience highly preferred
- CPI required upon contract extension
Patient Population
- Stroke
- Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS)
- Diabetes-related emergencies
- Acute Kidney Disease (AKD)
- Adult and pediatric emergency patients
