NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center is seeking experienced Mammography Technologists to join its renowned Breast Imaging team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art environment dedicated to exceptional patient care while advancing your career with one of the nation's top healthcare systems.

 

Position Highlights

  • Schedule: Days only, 35-hour work week
  • Patient Volume: Approximately 25-30 patients per day
  • Equipment: GE Mammography Systems
  • Coverage: Three outpatient locations throughout Manhattan and Long Island City
  • Weekly schedules are provided in advance to assist with commute planning.

Practice Scope

You'll perform a variety of breast imaging procedures including:

  • Digital Mammography
  • Breast MRI
  • Needle Localizations
  • Stereotactic Procedures
  • Breast Ultrasound
  • Ductography
  • Implant Imaging

Work alongside a collaborative team focused on early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer and other breast diseases.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of Mammography experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • ARRT (M) certification required
  • Completion of 40-hour Mammography training
  • COVID-19 vaccination required (booster not required)
  • Willingness to float between assigned locations as needed

  • 425 East 61st Street, New York, NY
  • 53 Beekman Street, New York, NY
  • 28-25 Jackson Avenue, Long Island City, NY
