Description
Pride health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse to join our client's home health program in a growing care team serving patients.
Compensation:
- Local Pay: $53.00 to $58.00/hour (W-2)
- Travel Pay: $2,400.00 to $2,550.00 gross per week
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.48/mile (from first patient to last patient)
Location: Denton, TX, 76210; Coverage Area: Denton County
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled home health nursing care, including comprehensive patient assessments, OASIS documentation, wound care, medication management, patient/caregiver education, and accurate documentation in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) while ensuring compliance with Medicare and agency standards.
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, monitor patient progress, communicate changes in condition, and promote patient safety, independence, and high-quality outcomes during home visits across Denton County.
Productivity expectations:30 points
On Call/Weekend Requirement: yes (Volunteer Basis)
Shift schedule (days, start & end times): M-F 8A-4:30PM
Must have qualifications/experience: Proficient at HCHB
What skills/attributes are nice to have, and will set a candidate apart? Proficient at HCHB
Type of certification required: RN and BLS
Dress code/scrub color: Navy Blue or Gray
