Travel Nursing Supervisor RN | Nights | Massachusetts

Lead hospital operations during off-shift hours while supporting high-quality patient care across multiple departments.

Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
Holiday Requirement: Every Other Holiday

Requirements

Active Massachusetts RN License
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
BLS & ACLS (AHA) required
Minimum 3 years of advanced Med/Surg Telemetry experience
Critical Care experience preferred

Required Skills

Read and interpret telemetry strips
Manage cardiac drips and titrate medications
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
Experience supervising clinical operations and responding to emergencies

Responsibilities

Provide administrative, operational, and clinical oversight during off-shifts
Support staff across all departments
Coordinate patient care with physicians and ancillary teams
Respond to patient care issues, emergencies, and hospital incidents
Conduct patient care rounds and ensure compliance with nursing standards
