Job Details

• Specialty: OB RN – Labor & Delivery
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: 12-Hour Variable Day/Night Shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN License
• BLS (AHA or ARC)
• Advanced NRP
• Minimum 2 years of OB/L&D experience
• At least 1 prior travel assignment required
• Epic experience required
• Critical Access Hospital experience highly preferred
• AWHONN and PALS preferred

Unit Highlights

• 2 Labor Rooms
• 6 Postpartum Beds
• Level I Maternity & Level I Nursery
• Approximately 100 deliveries annually
• Nurses provide Labor, Postpartum, and Newborn Nursery care

Floating

• May float within OB/L&D
• May assist Med/Surg, ER, or ICU with non-assigned tasks only (vitals, call lights, patient histories)
• No patient assignments or isolation rooms outside specialty
• May float to other regional facilities if needed

Schedule

• 2 weekends every 4 weeks
• Holiday rotation
• No scheduled on-call; additional shifts may be available
