Seeking a versatile, confident ER RN who can float to the Medsurg as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who thrives in a smaller, collaborative rural facility where adaptability truly makes an impact. If you’re comfortable moving between MedSurg and the Emergency Department and enjoy a tight‑knit team environment, this role stands out.

Role Expectations

Provide high‑quality nursing care across MedSurg and ER settings
Respond effectively to fluctuating patient volumes and acuity
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient care
Maintain strong clinical judgment and communication skills in both unit types

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of RN experience
BLS required
Active Nebraska RN license or compact license
Must be willing and confident to float between MedSurg and ER
