Candidate MUST HAVE

• 2 years experience with full lifespan of patients (peds, adults, and geri)
• Active IL license
• Active BLS and ACLS (AHA), PALS, NRP, and RRT (CRT also accepted)
• EPIC experience

Technical required skills:

• Trachs
• Nitrous oxide procedures
• Proning techniques
• ECMO
• Critical care experience
• Ventilator associated Client or even prevention experience
• Spontaneous breathing trials
• ABG draws
• 1:1 patient ratios
• Charcoal Gray scrubs needed
• Facility has free parking

Patient Ratios

• 1:1

Required Certifications

• BLS
• PALS
• ACLS
• NRP
• Either RRT or CRT

Skills Required

• Must have experience in peds, adults, and geri
• Manager wants PALS, NRP, and license in hand at time of submission
• EPIC experience is a must
• Trachs, nitrous oxide procedures, proning techniques, critical care experience, ventilator associated Client or even prevention experience, spontaneous breathing trials, ABG draws

• Charting System: EPIC
• Ventilators: PB840, PB980, Servo-U, and Hamilton
• CPAP/BiPAP: V60s, ResMed, and RemStar
• Optiflow
• Transport Vents: Hamilton

Floating

• Potentially to hospitals within the PSA based on the contract

Orientation

• 1 day on the unit

Scheduling

• 12-hour shifts
• Weekend rotation: Every other
• No on-call
• Holiday Expectations: Based on needs
