Description
Shift: 10H Days
Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted
Department:PHARMACY Inpatient - SAN
Certs/Licensure Requirements CO Pharmacist, BLS
Med checking and order verification for patients housewide (ED, Med Surg, OB, NICU). Less ICU as we have an ICU pharmacist shift daily.
Common Duties/Job Requirements/Skills : Order verification, medication information questions, checking medication fulfillment (Pyxis batches, IV batches, first doses, etc.).
'Must have' skills: Epic experience as a pharmacist strongly preferred, >3 years inpatient pharmacist experience strongly preferred
Weekend Requirements: Every third to every other Sat+Sun
